CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be done online with a 24 hour notice. Failure to comply will result in loss of the initial non refundable deposit. deposits can be moved ONCE - only if rescheduled within 48 hour time frame. No call no shows and same day cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation Fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and your card will still be charged for 100% of the service. 3 reschedules in a row will result in being banned from my booking site.
